WARWICK HOSPITAL ITU

A project involving the transformation of six of the Intensive Treatment Rooms at Warwick Hospital with the objective of the spaces having a 'less clinical feel' than stark white walls.

The photographs used for the murals have been kindly donated by Chris Day, who works as Head of Governance for the trust. Working closely with Art Consultant 'Art Contact', we carefully considered each image and modified them appropriately with patient perspective and welfare as a priority.

All wall-covering designs were printed onto speciality Digimura smooth paper – a wipeable media containing a biocide to provide antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. A vinyl backing ensures for excellent impact resistance and durability in high traffic areas. Printed with odourless, water-based inks guarantees the ideal solution for wall-coverings in healthcare spaces.

In Bay 4, large acrylic prints provide a wipeable solution on an equipment-filled wall.
